Alexander Nance, the director of the Office of the Patient Experience presented the faculty and staff with their third Exceptional Patient Team Award at a staff meeting. The scores are based on patient satisfaction ratings derived from independently administered surveys following a consultation or visit to the department. This is the third consecutive year that Radiation Oncology has earned this award, testament to the patient centered environment cultivated by the faculty and staff.
